Agreement to terms
By engaging with Levver AI you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Use of the service
Levver AI provides agent-run go-to-market automation. You retain all rights to your data and the workflows you build; we retain all rights to the platform.
Accounts and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can change plans at any time — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Levver AI to send spam, violate applicable law, probe or disrupt the service, or process data you have no right to process. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Termination
You can cancel at any time; your workspace data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation. We may terminate for material breach with notice.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
